🏆 Prize Claim Instructions

After submitting your redemption form, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the next steps on how to claim your prize.

• If you’ve won a physical prize:
  You will receive a follow-up email from us confirming your shipping address and expected delivery date. Physical prizes are typically shipped within 7–10 business days after verification.

• If you’ve won a digital prize (NFT, service, or similar):
  You will receive an email containing your unique claim link. For NFT or blockchain-based prizes, the email will include details on how to connect your wallet and complete the claim process securely.

• Verification:
  To ensure fair distribution, all claims are subject to verification. Any incomplete or duplicate submissions may result in forfeiture of the prize.

• Support:
  If you do not receive your confirmation email within 48 hours, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us at designer@taniaiortiz.com with your redemption prize type and name.
