Design & Contract Work
Any images designed by Tania I Ortiz, the “Designer” owns creative copyrights. You may not sell any images or designs for profit. It is for intended sole use. Once the design is complete and final payment has been made the images/files are hereby transferred to the “Client”. There are no refunds for designs that have been paid for in full. Any adjustments or revisions begin a new term.
